Instructions
Step 1
Chop Broccoli in pieces including the stems.
Step 2
Add to boiling water and cook until fork tender.
Step 3
Wash and dry basil
Step 4
In a blender add broccoli stems, garlic, basil, cheese, olive oil, salt and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Once the pasta is cooked add to broccoli, mix together.
Step 6
Add the pesto, mix until all incorporated
