Rigattoni bake with spaghetti meat and white sauce

1 lbground beef
or vension
1yellow onion

1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspcrushed red pepper
1 tspitalian seasoning
28 ozMarinara
Homemade
1rigatoni noodles
box
8 Tbspbutter
1 Tbspflour
16 ozHeavy whipping cream
6 ozparmesan cheese shredded
bag
⅛ tspblack pepper
sea salt
dash
½ cuppasta water
shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the meat, in a pan and season with minced onion, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and italian seasoning.
Step 2
Add in the Roa's Homemade Marinara sauce, and let it simmer.
Step 3
In another pan, boil water for your noodles, and boil for 10 minutes. (Set aside 1/2 cup of the water from the noodles after they have boiled before draining the noodles.)
Step 4
In seperate pan, melt 1/2 cup butter.
Step 5
Add in 1 tbsp of flour, stir it until it gets foamy.
Step 6
Add in heavy whipping cream, and stir well.
Step 7
Add parmesan cheese and stir.
Step 8
Add 1/8 tsp black pepper, and a dash of sea salt to the cheese sauce and stir.
Step 9
Add the 1/2 cup of pasta water to the cheese sauce and stir well.
Step 10
Combine your noodles and cheese sauce.
Step 11
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish, and pour your noodles into the bottom of the dish. Add the meat sauce on the top of the noodles.
Step 12
Cover the meat sauce with Mozzarella cheese.
Step 13
Put it into the oven for 350 degrees, for 20 minutes.
