Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
In your baking dish add your 3 tbsp of butter then pop it into the oven until it's fully melted.
Step 3
In a small bowl whisk together your flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, egg, and vanilla. Set this aside. (your batter should have a runny consistency)
Step 4
On a cutting board wash and slice your peaches into ¼ inch thick slices, then add to a different small bowl.
Step 5
In your bowl with the peaches add your remaining sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well to combine.
Step 6
Back to your baking dish with the melted butter, and you’ll pour your batter over top of the butter. ( DO NOT MIX)
Step 7
Evenly pour the sugared peaches over top of the batter. (STILL DO NOT MIX)
Step 8
Sprinkle your brown sugar over top of your cobbler.
Step 9
Now pop it into the oven for 20-28 minutes.
