Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment.

In a medium bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Step 4
Gradually add the flour mixture. Do not over mix. Stir in peanut butter chips by hand.
Step 5
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-9 min. Do not over bake— the cookies will be soft. Pick up parchment to transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
