Rao's Classic Meatballs Recipe: The Famous NYC Italian Meatballs Can Be Made At Home

Ingredients

6 servings

1 cupolive oil

I didn't use this much oil

1 clovegarlic

lightly smashed

2 x 24 ouncesmarinara sauce

jars, I used, of course, Raos' Marinara Sauce

1 poundground beef

1 poundground pork

or 1/2 pound ground pork and 1/2 pound ground veal

2eggs

1 cupparmesan cheese

freshly grated

1 ½ tablespoonsfresh parsley

chopped

0.5 clovegarlic

small, minced, I used about 3 cloves of garlic

2 cupsbreadcrumbs

2 cupswater
