This granola is so crunchy and delicious. It makes the perfect breakfast or snack, and it’s so simple to make. You can add any nuts or fruit that you like, I’ve got walnuts, hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds.

Instructions
Step 1
Set your oven to 180C fan
Step 2
Mix together all of your dry ingredients
Step 3
Add in your wet ingredients and mix again
Step 4
Line a large baking tray with grease proof paper and pour in your granola, flatten out with the back of a spoon
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the granola out and give it a stir
Step 6
Once it’s ready (the top will be golden brown but don’t let it burn!) leave it to cool for 45-60 mins.
Step 7
Once it’s cooled, use a spoon to break up the granola and then serve with whatever you like!
