Instructions

Step 1
Slice the potatoes in about 1 inch slices.
Step 2
Use the egg slicer to slice the hard boiled eggs

Finely dice the onion and celery
Step 4
Roughly chop your bacon into big pieces

For the Dressing

Step 5
Crack your eggs into a bowl, an add the granulated sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until evenly combined.
Step 6
Put a small saucepan on the stove, and add the water, bacon grease, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Once it starts to boil, take it off the heat and take the saucepan to your work station.
Step 8
Using a small ladle, slowly ladle the hot mixture into your bowl of egg mixture, while continuously whisking, until your saucepan is empty
Step 9
Using a mesh strainer, you are going to pour the dressing back into the saucepan. Straining your mixture is important to making a successfully smooth dressing.
Step 10
Return your saucepan to the stove and add the flour. Heat the dressing on medium heat until the dressing starts to thicken, whisking the entire time to keep the sugar in the dressing from burning.
