Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic salt in oil in a large skillet until soft
Step 2
Add ground beef, salt and pepper and cook till beef is brown. Drain Beef
Step 3
Add the can of cream of mushroom soup; simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Just before serving, add sour cream or sour cream substitute.
Step 5
Serve over rice or noodles.
