Sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit bake

I just needed to use up my left over sausage and threw together what I had on hand. I normally would have added a bit of milk, like i do for scrambled eggs, but didn't know I was out of milk so I just left it out.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F
Step 2
Spray 9 in round pan with olive oil cooking spray
Step 3
Cook sausage in small skillet then set aside
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs, salt and pepper to taste
Step 5
Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and mix with eggs
Step 6
Add sausage, tarragon and basil (to your tasting), and cheese ( however much cheese you like)
Step 7
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5 minutes and enjoy!
