Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, sauce, garlic, mushrooms, and spinach . Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with fresh mozzarella. Season to taste.
Step 5
Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
