Instructions
Step 1
Slice all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Then pour it over with olive oil and season it with minced basil, salt, pepper, and seasoning for grilled vegetables.
Step 2
Put it on a sheet and bake it for 25 minutes at 180° C. Afterwards, eat half of the vegetables for lunch and the second half put aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix sour cream with salt and put half of it aside. The first half use as a dressing for the grilled vegetables and the second half mix with the vegetables you have left. You´ll have a sauce for your Pasta a lá ratatouille!
Step 4
Boil salted water in a pot and cook pasta of your choice. Mix it with the sauce, and enjoy!
