Step 1
Sauté onion, celery, and garlic until softened. Add diced cauliflower, broth, water, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and bay leaf let cook down until cauliflower is softened. Mash with potato masher or pour batches into blender and blend. Once cooled a bit add milk.
