Instructions
Step 1
Put rice in to cook, and preheat over to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch cubes. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray and bake tofu, for 20 - 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Stir about every 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mince ginger and garlic, and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces (I recommend including the stems, they are yummy!)
Step 4
Steam the broccoli. Simply add water to a pot, bring it to a boil, add the broccoli, reduce the heat and cover the pot with the lid. Depending on how soft you prefer the broccoli, adjust the time for steaming it. Set aside when finished.
Step 5
Saute ginger and garlic in a large pan. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce pan to make the teriyaki sauce. Stir in the arrowroot power last, going slowly so that it doesn't clump.
Step 6
When the tofu is done, add it to the sauce pan and stir to coat. Assemble bowl with rice, steamed broccoli, and teriyaki tofu!
