Beef Goulash

Instructions

Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Coat the diced beef in the flour and then lightly fry in the pan until starting to brown on all sides. Tip into the slow cooker bowl.
Step 2
Heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil in the frying pan and lightly fry the sliced onion, sliced peppers, sliced chilli pepper and minced garlic until softened. Tip into the slow cooker bowl.
Step 3
To the slow cooker mixture, add the tomato purée, paprika, chilli flakes, can of tomatoes and beef stock. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Step 4
Once cooked, before serving, stir through the soured cream and serve.
