This is South Korea’s most famous sauce, used as a condiment for Bibimbap, a signature dish in the country. This recipe is adjusted from a recipe by MyKoreanKitchen (credit where credits is due!!), I only decided to use rice vinegar instead of apple and used honey instead of sugar
