100gwholemeal bread
15gsugar-free chocolate sauce
50gbanana
30mlwhites
30mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
milk of choice
10glupin flour
8gmonkfruit sweetener
sweetener of choice
¼ tspvanilla extract
1glight butter

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the egg/egg white with granulated sweetener, protein powder and milk. Set aside. Cut the banana into half. Mash one half. Spread chocolate spread on top of one slice. Spread the mashed banana on top. Press second slice of bread on top. Dip the stuffed bread into the eggy mixture for ~10 secs on each side. Heat a buttered pan on medium. Once hot, place the stuffed bread into the pan. Cook on all sides until egg mixture is fully cooked. Slice remaining banana and add on top to serve.
