Instructions

Step 1
Wash the poha for 2-3 times and discard the water and keep it aside
Step 2
Heat a pan and add some oil. Fry the potato pieces in it till they are golden brown in color.
Step 3
For the tempering, heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida powder, curry leaves, chopped onions, green chilies and roasted peanuts
Step 4
Saute the onions till they are golden brown in color and add salt
Step 5
Add the fried potato pieces and add turmeric powder
Step 6
Give it a good mix and add the poha
Step 7
Saute the poha for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove
Step 8
Add a tsp of ghee and lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves
Step 9
Serve the poha hot
