Ingredients

4 cupswater
2 cupsfrozen spinach
1 cupfrozen blueberries
1 inchfresh ginger
frozen or fresh
2 tablespoonspure vanilla extract
to taste
1 teaspoonground cinnamon
1 teaspoonground turmeric
1 tablespoonground flaxseed
2 tablespoonspsyllium husk powder
plain or flavored
¼ cupunsweetened coconut flakes
optional, or sub other fat
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in the order listed (water first!). Blend on smoothie setting for one or two cycles (depending on the power of your blender). Enjoy! This is a batch mix that will make about 48oz. Serving size is 16 oz
