Chicken Corde on Bleu

Step 1

Slice chicken breast into favorable size

Step 2

Dry and rub salt, pepper, onion powder on both sides of chicken

Step 3

Place swiss, ham, swiss, chicken- toothpick together

Step 4

Dip in melted butter and roll in Italian seasoning

Step 5

Make a rue, slowly add milk until you make a paste, salt and pepper

Step 6

Slowly add milk until thin, bring to a low boil

Step 7

Slowly stir in Dijon mustard

Step 8

Slowly add in parmesan cheese until its a favorable consistency
