chicken 2 breasts

1coconut milk can
2tinned tomatoes cans

4garlic cloves

1onion

10gmixed herbs

salt

10gpepper

spicy paprika

50gtomato paste

coriander
Instructions
Step 1
cut the chicken into squares, fry chicken and then add the onions simmer together for 15 mins
Step 2
and the garlic and tomatoes with the paste
Step 3
add all the herbs and greens to the sauce, add the coconut milk and simmer on the low heat for 5 mins
Step 4
eat with pasta, rice, naan bread or anything you fancy. enjoy!
