Instructions
Step 1
Brown chicken in 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil.
Step 2
Sauté garlic for one minute.
Step 3
Add 8 ounces of white wine , 1 tablespoon, oregano, salt and pepper, to taste, and cook until slightly reduced.
Step 4
Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups chicken broth and uncooked pasta. Cook pasta until tender.
Step 5
Add asparagus and blanch for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6
Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 5 ounces Gorgonzola cheese. Fold to combine.
Step 7
Let sit for 10 minutes to finish steaming asparagus.
