These are best spicy Udon Noodles you will ever try! They are super easy to make and ready in just 5 mins. We made our Spicy Udon Noodles vegetarian but you can easily add chicken or beef to yours, either way they are delicious.

optional, you can switch with 1 cup of fresh mushrooms
