Ingredients

2 tspolive oil
500gpork shoulder
diced
110gchorizo
thickly sliced
3garlic cloves
crushed
1red onion
large, finely chopped
1celery stick
diced
1carrot
diced
400gtin chopped tomatoes
3 Tbspsun-dried tomato paste
400gtin cannellini beans
drained
300mlpork stock
or chicken
3 tsporegano
1 tsprosemary
½ tspbasil
½ tspmarjoram
½ tspparsley
salt
pepper
crusty bread
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat slow cooker
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and add diced pork and chorizo. Cook until brown. Then place in the slow cooker.
Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, stir and season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Set to low and cook for 7-8 hours
Step 5
Serve with fresh crusty bread
