High Protein Cookie Dough

This recipe was initially made to be a blended oats high protein breakfast, but after a few bites I was so unbelievably full that I couldn’t count it as breakfast. So now it’s my high protein cookie dough that I eat when I need a little extra energy and I know I’ll stay full for a while!
I eat this in the follicular phase!
