Vegan Easy Burrito

My lazy healthy 15min vegan Burrito requires no real cooking and is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner that fills you up and leaves you satisfied!
Feel free to add (vegan) cheese or other ingredients, I just simply used what I had on hand.

For the Couscous
For the Burrito
1tortilla wrap
large
lettuce
salsa
avocado
mashed
jalapeños
Refried Black Beans
corn
sour cream yoghurt dip

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the ingredients for the Couscous and let it soak until the Couscous is soft.
Step 2
Then assemble your burrito and add any additional toppings like (vegan) cheese. Tuck the sides in and fold. Then grill on both sides for about 1 min until it is crispy. Highly recommend: Serve with my homemade "Sour Cream Yoghurt Dip" from my vegan BBQ Burger Recipe
