0.5 CGreek yogurt

1 ½ tspvanilla

1egg
room temperature

½ cbutter
melted, originally called for coconut oil melted, I used butter as preference

½ csugar
I cut to between 1/4 c and 1/2 c, honey prob good sub

1 ½ cflour

1 tspbaking powder

½ tspbaking soda

½ tspsalt

cinnamon

1 cupzucchini
medium, shredded and squeeze out water

1orange zest
Orange zest juice a few tbsp juice

Dried cranberries
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat 350
Combine wet. Combine dry. Mix wet into dry, do not over mix
Add zucchini and orange. Make sure zucchini has as much water removed as possible, with cheesecloth or similar.
Bake 20 mins at 350.
