Step 1
Roast chopped potatoes for 15 mins
Step 2
Season fish with 1/2 curry powder, salt and pepper
Step 3
Add veg and fish to roasting dish, sprinkle on remaining curry powder, return to oven for a further 15 mins

Mix yogurt with tumeric and use as dressing
