Instructions
Step 1
Cut two slits into your brioche or bread roll creating four corners.
Step 2
Mix together all the ingredients of the garlic butter sauce in a bowl.
Step 3
In another bowl, cream together your cream cheese, sugar and heavy cream.
Step 4
Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture. I used ziploc bag since it works the same.
Step 5
Fill the brioche rolls with the cream cheese mixture forming two lines that cross each other.
Step 6
Carefully turn the rolls upside down and dip them into the garlic butter sauce.
Step 7
Top with however much mozzarella cheese you want.
Step 8
Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
