Step 1
Bake pumpkin and kumara as oven heats to 180°C

Step 2
Fry onion. Add spices. Simmer with sauce. Fry courgettes separately.






Step 3
Layer ingredients in a deep oven dish. From the bottom up repeat sauce, ingredient, cheese, lasagna sheet.





Step 4
Bake for 20mins or until lasagna sheets are cooked
