Preparation
Step 1

Cut peppers into chunks

Chop onion

Step 3

Chop garlic

Step 4

Slice panner into cubes

Cook

Add oil to a deep dish for frying

Fry paneer adding a handful of chunks at a time

Fry till golden brown

In a separate pan, add some oil, onion, garlic, cumin and chilli flakes

Once onions start browning, add peppers. Simultaneously remove brown paneer and set aside
Step 10

Add any type of passata, salsa, ketchup, chopped tomatoes etc to make the tomato sauce

Pour tomato sauce into frying pan with vegetables


Step 12
Season to taste with salt, sriracha sauce, pepper, chilli etc.
Step 13

Add the cooked paneer to the mixture
