Soy Chorizo Pasta

Easy, different, spicy, quick and delicious pasta recipe, that you need to try to have pasta in a different way. You can also make this with regular chorizo, but this recipe was created for my vegetarian brother.

Instructions

Step 1
1. Cocked pasta following the package instructions. Once is done. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add clumps of chorizo into the pan and cooked until is cooked through. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cooked until they are soft.
Step 4
Add heavy cream and let it boil. Seasoning with a little bit of salt and oregano. And finally add the cooked pasta.
Step 5
Served with mozarella on top.
