⅔ cuprice
75gcucumber
50gred onion
¼ cupwhite vinegar
¼ cupwater
1 tspsugar
1 tspsalt
2chicken schnitzels
4 TbspKewpie sesame salad dressing
4 Tbspsoy sauce
scallion
chilli
kewpie mayonnaise

Instructions
Step 1
Pickle the red onion and cucumber in vinegar, water, sugar and salt
Step 2
Cook rice on stove according to pack
Step 3
Heat chicken schnitzel in airfryer for around 5-7 mins
Step 4
Add rice to bowl, top with sliced schnitzel
Step 5
Combine sesame dressing and soy sauce and pour over chicken
Step 6
Add pickle to the side
Step 7
Top with kewpie mayo, perinasie, chilli and scallion
