Ingredients

Marinade
2 tablespoonsrice wine
1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
1 tablespooncorn flour
2 tablespoonsgarlic and ginger paste
1 teaspoonsesame oil
500glean beef mince
Stir fry
2 tablespoonssunflower oil
3 cupscabbage
finely sliced
2carrots
peeled and finely sliced into sticks
1red pepper
finely sliced
1onion
finely sliced
1 punnetbrown mushrooms
or button, finely sliced
2 tablespoonsrice wine
¼ cuphoison sauce
2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
1 teaspoonbalsamic vinegar
1 teaspoonsesame oil

Instructions
Method
Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a large bowl
Step 2
Add beef mince and marinate for 30 mins
Step 3
Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a wok or pan and add half the mince and stir fry for 2 mins, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon. Remove and set aside. Cook the other half of the mince.
Step 4
Return cooked mince to the frying pan.
Step 5
Toss in cabbage, carrot, pepper, onions and mushrooms and stir fry until tender.
Step 6
Add rice wine, hoison and oyster sauce, vinegar and sesame oil and cook for a further 30 seconds
Step 7
• Serve with rice or in lettuce leaves with chili and coriander
