Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, add oil and sliced bananas. Saute until bananas are soft and it develops a sauce. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 2
Put your cottage cheese, honey and vanilla into a blender and process until smooth.
Step 3
Place 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture into 4 dessert dishes. Top with sauteed bananas and a few chopped walnuts, cover and chill.
