Instructions

Step 1
Make pico. Dice onion and tomato. Chop cilantro. Mix together with juice from half the lime.
Step 2
Slice Italian bread lengthwise. Cover in butter and grill inside on flat griddle.
Step 3
While bread crisps cook refried beans in small pot.
Step 4
Spread the refried beans on inside of bread and grill outside of bread.
Step 5
Shred ham and cook alongside bread.
Step 6
Top bread with cooked ham and shredded cheddar.
Step 7
Serve with pico.
