Step 1
Saute first 3 ingredients
Step 2
Add garlic and thyme
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients
Step 4
Let summer 15 min or till everyone is cooked
Step 5
Add 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
Step 6
Use an imersion blender
Step 7
Put on low heat add milk 1 cup and 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan.
