Step 1
1.Chop up one onion into small pieces, chop mushrooms and keep aside for later 2. In a pot

2.in a pot put oil and sautΓ© the onions until soft and translucent, then add the garlic cloves in and mix until fragrant .

3. Meanwhile add hot water to a stock cube in a separate mug and stir until melted.

4.add mushrooms and stir until they start to shrink in size and then add the stock liquid , add mixed herbs and salt to taste .

5. Add double cream to mixture and stir , keep on medium high until it starts to thicken up and then add Pre cooked pasta and stir .
