Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey sausage in 1 cm thick slices. Finely chop the onion and cut the tomato in cubes. Peel and grate the horseradish. Chop roughly the dill.
Step 2
Boil a big pot of water and cook the pasta according to instructions.
Step 3
During this time, prepare the sauce. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan on medium/high heat. Add the onion and sausage and fry 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and tomato paste and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the cream, milk, tomato, stock, honey and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes and taste. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Serve topped with the horseradish and dill and a sliced cucumber on the side.
