Instructions
Step 1
1. Put ground meat in bowl and add a 1 cup of water gradually, stirring, to create a meat sludge.
Step 2
2. Put the ground meat slurry into the dashi broth. Add green onion and 3 small slices of ginger. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Add canned sardine olive oil and some regular olive oil to a pot. Heat up, add green onion and ginger (do not dice too finely.)

4. Strain oil and set aside.

5. Strain the soup in a liner w/paper towel.
Step 6
6. Create the tare in the bowl. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 tsp of brown sugar, 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt, 1 tbsp aroma oil, chopped green onions, pinch of white pepper.
Step 7
7. Add hot soup to the bowl.
Step 8
8. Add cooked noodles.
Step 9
9. Put toppings.
