Instructions
Step 1
1⃣️Blanch the pork ribs in cold water with onion and ginger cooking wine, remove and wash for later use
Step 2
2⃣️Heat the oil and stir-fry the tomato juice, add the ribs and stir-fry, add corn carrots, shiitake mushrooms, pour in the water that has not covered the ribs and simmer for 30 minutes
Step 3
3⃣️Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a little salt to taste
