Instructions

Step 1
To prepare your “brain-boosting” smoothie, start by boiling one cup of distilled water and add 1/2 tablespoon of Dr. Sebi’s Nerve/Stress Relief Herbal Tea. Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain. Let cool
Step 2
Once the tea is cooled, blend in a high-speed blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
