Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to broil for the bun (broil for 2 minutes or till as brown as desired)

Combine the onion garlic and spices and if your venison has not been mixed with some other meat such as beef add some sort of fat like a bit of olive oil so it’s not dry at this time chop or grind your juniper berries and combine (they provide a beautiful earthy flavor) Then form Pattie’s
Step 5
Heat pan to medium (6-7) Add your a bit of olive oil you can also use canola to coat the bottom of pan. You will know the oven is heated once if you add a drop of water it will sizzle. Add in your Pattie’s cook on either side for 3-5 minutes you can leave it a bit pink but make sure the Internal temperature is 160°F

Add cheese if desired serve on bun with arugula and ketchup or any other desired toppings you really can’t go wrong here and enjoy
