For the marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Put all of the marinade mix above in blender.
Step 2
Dice Chicken or Beef or Prawns and place into a large glass bowl .
Step 3
Pour the blended marinade into the bowl.
Step 4
Slice the other half of the onion and mix into the bowl.
Step 5
Cover the bowl in cling film. For best result leave in the fridge for 24 hours but if not a minimum of 30 mins will do.
Step 6
Heat up large wok or pan and cook for about 8 - 10 mins.
Step 7
Cook rice
Step 8
Slice a spring onion, add a to pan few mins before serving.
Step 9
Serve with rice, bean sprouts with wiltered spinach and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 10
Tip: you can use this marinade for fish and chicken to put on the barbecue
