Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1 packageskielbasa sausage
sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
1garlic cloves
minced
0.5onion
chopped
1 x 14.5 ozcans peeled and diced tomatoes
drained
3red potatoes
diced
1 x 15 ozcans pinto beans
with liquid
1 x 8 ozcan whole kernel corn
drained
1 x 14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes with green chile pepper
with liquid
1 x 8 ozcan peas and carrots
2 cupsbeef broth
1 tspground cumin
1 tspchili powder
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
In a dutch oven over medium heat, sauteé onion.
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook until there’s no pink left
Step 3
Add sliced sausage
Step 4
Pour in tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, potatoes, diced tomatoes with chiles and veggies
Step 5
Mix everything until well combined, add spices
Step 6
Add broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for one hour
