Chicken cutlets
The easiest and delicious way to make chicken fast, so many ways to serve it. You can cut it up and put it in a salad, in a sandwich, with rice and salad or mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables, the meals you can create with chicken cutlets are endless………
——ingredients——
-4 chicken breasts cut into thin cutlets
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of paprika
Cut the chicken then season on both sides with those spices⬆️
:
——egg mixture——
-5 eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Mix everything ⬆️ together

——Breading——
-4 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of paprika
-1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Mix everything ⬆️ together

Dip the chicken into the egg mixture then the breadcrumbs and fry in canola oil until golden brown on both sides and enjoy some delicious chicken cutlets.
