Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, or until al dente, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain pasta and broccoli and set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring occasionally, about 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and stir until a little soft
Step 5
Add garlic powder and onion powder
Step 6
Reduce heat to low. Add pasta, ½ cup pasta water, broccoli, pepper, and parmesan and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
