Chicken PomPom Pie

4x Chicken Breast - diced to your liking 1x cup of diced Pumpkin 1x cup of broccoli & cauliflower (cut to your liking) 1x large Onion - diced Big handful of bacon (diced or cut to your liking) 2x tin of Campbell's Condensed Soup Cream Of Chicken 420g 1x chicken pot stock Tbsp or so of Garlic 1x bag of potato gems Turn on oven to 200° & diced/cut the chicken, onion, bacon & veg. 1. Fry the diced chicken & onion with garlic until chicken is brown/ half cooked then turn off but leave in pan. 2. Steam all veg half way through (3/4mins in microwave) 3. Add all the veg on-top of the chicken in the pan. 4. Add the tins of condensed soup cream of chicken & chicken pot stock and stir through until all ingredients are blended with the liquid. 5. Pour into the oven dish then lay the potato gems on-top and bake for 20-30mins until potato gems are golden. Take out and let it sit for 5mins & wallah, ready for serving 😊 xx

Instructions

Step 1
Turn on oven to 200° & Spray baking dish, Then diced/cut the chicken, onion, bacon & veg.
Step 2
Steam all veg half way through (3/4mins in microwave)
Step 3
While steaming veg, Fry the diced chicken & onion with garlic until chicken is brown/ half cooked then turn off but leave in pan.

Once veg is done, Add veg on-top of the chicken in the pan and combine.
Step 5
Add the tins of condensed soup cream of chicken & chicken pot stock and stir through until all ingredients are blended with the liquid.
Step 6
Once combined, Pour into the sprayed oven dish then lay the potato gems on-top and bake for 20-30mins (until potato gems are golden).
Step 7
Take out and let it sit for 5mins & wallah, ready for serving 😊
