saute onion and garlic. add the the rest of ingredients. wrap the cooked veggies in spring roll pastry and fry. dip in sweet & chilli sauce or soy sauce & vinergar with choice of spices.
or skip frying & make lumpia sauce (mix soy sauce water, cornstarch & chopped garlic, heat in a pan) & put on top of spring roll for a fresh lumpia version.
