Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in pan and brown sausage (even though it’s already cooked, makes it taste better). Remove from pan
Step 2
2. More olive oil to the pan and add chopped bell pepper, onion, and celery. Cook until soft. Add fresh garlic and creole seasoning to your hearts content
Step 3
3. Add chicken broth, rice and chopped tomato. Stir until it starts boiling then turn down to low heat and cover. Set timer for 25 minutes. You shouldn’t need to stir.

4. Once done stir and enjoy
