It's a great recipe to cook in bulk, I could eat this every day!

Ingredients

250gmince

1garlic clove
crushed

1onion
small diced

1sweet pepper
sliced

300mlSauce

1Sundried Tomatoes in Oil
sliced

salt

½ tspground pepper

½ tspcumin

Spice

Instructions
Step 1
Add oil from your Sundried Tomatoes to lightly oil a pan or wok.
Step 2
Brown 250g of Beef Mince.
Step 3
Add 1 small diced Onion, 1 sliced Sweet Pepper, 1 crushed Garlic Clove and a few sundried tomatoes to the pan.
Step 4
Season as necessary, ensuring you use atleast a pinch of Salt, 1/2 tsp of Ground Pepper.
Step 5
Once cooked through and the Sweet Pepper becomes soft, add 300ml of Thousand Island Salad Dressing and mix well.
Step 6
Lightly oil another pan and heat your Tortillas for around 10 seconds.
Step 7
Spread mixture generously and evenly along he middle of the Tortilla, add grated cheese and lettuce as required and wrap.
Step 8
Cut in half, top with a dash of paprika for pazaz!
